Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that you have a great experience with us. In case you are not satisfied with our services, or if your plans change and you are eligible for a refund, our refund policy is as follows:
If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, we will provide an alternative date, whichever you prefer.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your trip, we can reschedule your trip within 1 year of time span
If you cancel your trip less than 15 days before the start of your trip, no refund will be provided.
If you miss your trip, arrive late, or leave early, no refund will be provided.
Please note that any bank transfer or transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used when making the booking.
